This exclusive event is supported by Ely Cathedral Business Group.

On Thursday 23 May The Order of St Etheldreda is hosting an afternoon and evening to introduce the work and purpose of The Order to community and business leaders.

Afternoon tea at Poets House will include two fascinating speakers including Clive England, Ely Cathedral’s Surveyor to the Fabric, as well as a talk by one of the UK’s leading consultants on organs, Dr Nicholas Thistlethwaite, on the intricate workings of the Cathedral Organ which was built by Harrison & Harrison in 1908.

Both speakers will provide guests with a unique insight into some of the many key projects supported by the Order of St Etheldreda.

Guests are invited to experience a special Choral Evensong featuring the Cathedral choristers and of course, the Organ, followed by a drinks reception in the medieval splendour of the Deanery.

Tickets: £30 per person and are limited to 25 special places.
